Prices and taxes
All prices shown in the shop are final prices for the selected option.
Currently, no sales tax is shown in the store.
As long as no VAT is shown, no additional tax amount is added.
Payment and delivery
- Currently intended payment methods: PayPal.
- Digital activation following successful payment.
- Reservations are assigned to the selected date after successful payment.
- Before checkout, the total price, selection and required details are shown again.
Digital content
For digital content or services that are activated immediately, consent to immediate performance is not requested until the payment process. Once performance begins, the right of withdrawal may expire prematurely.
Before completing the transaction, you'll see a summary of the total price, shipping, and your consent to immediate processing.
Timed reservations
For reservations with a fixed date or time frame, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded.

Subscriptions
Subscription products show price, billing interval, minimum term, automatic renewal and cancellation rules before purchase. Cancellation is available online in the profile under "My subscriptions" and becomes effective no earlier than the end of the minimum term, for the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Refunds are reviewed through support or backoffice. For PayPal payments, the refund may be processed through PayPal. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
