These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Movie Park Minecraft Server and related services (the “Service”). By purchasing a subscription or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or accessing the Service in any way, you accept and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
“User” means any person accessing or using the Service.
“Subscription” means any paid plan (e.g., RideOp rank) purchased through our webshop.
“Content” means all in-game assets, names, images, text, and code provided by us.
Subscriptions are sold via our webshop and grant the benefits described at purchase.
All prices are quoted in EUR and include applicable VAT.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current rate until canceled. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on each renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
Once canceled, you retain access until the end of the current billing period; the subscription will not renew thereafter.
Past subscription fees are non-refundable.
You agree to abide by our Server Rules and Code of Conduct at all times.
Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to: griefing, harassment, exploitation of bugs, use of unauthorized mods or hacks, and any other disruptive activity.
We reserve the right to issue warnings, suspend play, revoke ranks (including RideOp), or ban users for violations.
We may suspend or terminate your access, cancel subscriptions, and revoke any ranks at our sole discretion for rule violations or breach of these Terms—without prior notice.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service immediately ceases; any unused subscription term is forfeited.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor our affiliates shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid in the six months preceding the claim.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can review at MPMC - Impressum/Datenschutz.
As a Germany-based service, we comply with the GDPR and other applicable EU data-protection laws.
We may modify these Terms at any time. When changes are significant, we will provide at least 14 days’ notice via email, discord announcement and/or in-game announcement.
Continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany.
