Prices and taxes
All prices shown in the shop are final prices for the selected option.
Currently no sales tax is shown in the store.
As long as no VAT is shown, no additional tax amount is added.
Payment and delivery
- Currently intended payment methods: PayPal.
- Digital activation after successful payment.
- Reservations are assigned to the selected date after successful payment.
- Before checkout, the total price, selection and required details are shown again.
Digital content
In the case of digital content or immediately activated services, consent for immediate execution is only requested during the payment process. The right of withdrawal may expire prematurely at the start of execution.
Before completion, you will see the total price, the delivery and the approval for immediate execution once again.
Timed reservations
For reservations with a fixed date or period, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded.
Before finalizing your booking, you will see the total price, the selected reservation and all mandatory details once again.
Subscriptions
Subscription products show price, billing interval, minimum term, automatic renewal and cancellation rules before purchase. Cancellation is available online in the profile under "My subscriptions" and becomes effective no earlier than the end of the minimum term, for the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Refunds are reviewed through support or backoffice. For PayPal payments, the refund may be processed through PayPal. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
